With a rich background that includes building houses, executing various additions, and skillfully installing windows, doors, roofs, and siding, John’s expertise is marked by its depth and diversity.

For two decades, he specialized in kitchen and bath remodels, overseeing six crews and successfully installing approximately 400 kitchens annually.

Since 1988, John has been self-employed, offering a wealth of experience in residential building and remodeling. His approach to inspections is characterized by a desire to impart valuable insights and education regarding his clients’ property purchase.

Committed to client satisfaction, John extends his services beyond inspections, serving as the clients’ “inspector for life,” providing ongoing support and guidance even years after the inspection.
